IT IS! I haaated my body 3 years ago, and I felt like I had tried everything.. Bad news: There are no miracle cures, and junkfood will never be good for you. Good news: The best way to get there is to be realistic, and be good to yourself. NEVER GET HUNGRY! Im serious! NEVER! Don’t starve yourself - you’ll just end up overeating after a couple of days. It’s a total myth that you should just eat salad and carrots. Meat is good for you, it’s protein and keeps you full. Just don’t eat fried stuff! (I know, I know, it’s hard - but you WILL get used to it :)) I love having a good steak, and then I just eat it with green vegetables. Gaah, I could write pages about this - because I KNOW how hard it is, and I really wanna share everything!

Utroligt nok, efter mindst 7 ekskærester og gud ved hvor mange flirts, onenighters og løse forhold, er jeg stadig en kæmpe spade når det kommer til det modsatte køn. Man skulle tro der kunne gro lidt selvtillid i min jord, men nul putte.. Jeg bliver stadig stillet skakmat hvis jeg skal igennem hele den rutsjebane, som det nu engang er når man skal lære hinanden at kende på en anden måde.. Fucklortpis. Det nu stadig lidt dejligt.
